- Provides personalized health and wellness recommendations
- Helps you design and track N-of-1 experiments
- Identifies patterns in your unique biology
- Offers an AI health coach for guidance and support
What DeltaN1 Is NOT
- A medical device or diagnostic tool
- A substitute for professional medical advice
- Intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease
- A replacement for healthcare providers
- FDA-approved or regulated as a medical device
3. Medical Disclaimers
CRITICAL DISCLAIMER:
- The Service does NOT provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment
- The AI coach is NOT a healthcare professional
- ALWAYS consult qualified healthcare providers before making health decisions
- For medical emergencies, call 911 or your local emergency services
You are responsible for: Verifying information with healthcare professionals, making informed decisions about your health, and seeking appropriate medical care when needed.
4. Subscription and Payment
- Pricing: Approximately $50-100/month (exact pricing displayed in-app)
- Billing: Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually
- Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled
- Cancellation: Cancel anytime through Apple ID account settings
- Refunds: Non-refundable except as required by law or for technical issues
5. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate health and personal information
- Use the Service only for personal health and wellness optimization
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Not share your account with others
- Not reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
6. Intellectual Property
We own: The DeltaN1 application, algorithms, models, software, and branding.
You retain: Ownership of your personal health data, information you provide, and personalized insights generated from your data.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant specific health outcomes, accuracy of predictions, or uninterrupted operation.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100 USD, whichever is greater.
We are not liable for health outcomes, injuries from following recommendations, or decisions made based on Service information.
9. Governing Law and Disputes
- Governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States
- Most disputes resolved through binding arbitration (AAA rules)
- Class action waiver applies
- Claims must be filed within ONE (1) YEAR
10. Termination
You may terminate your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or we discontinue the Service.
